Answered briefly, without detours.
MERA is not generally available yet. Launch is planned for 21 March 2027, starting with Shopify merchants. Until then the system is being built in the daily trade of a bookshop with more than 5,000 articles.
Can I use MERA already?
Not yet. Launch is planned for 21 March 2027. Whoever signs up hears about it first.
What will MERA cost?
The price is not fixed yet. We will name it before launch, and simply — no tariff maze.
Do I need Shopify?
At launch, yes: the Shopify connection is ready first. Further shop systems follow once they are tested just as thoroughly.
How is this different from a stock app?
A stock app counts quantities. MERA calculates what those quantities are worth: landed cost, freight, handling, margin — and what follows from that for price and reordering.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in Germany. A data processing agreement with the data centre operator is in place; the details are in the privacy policy.
Does the AI decide my prices?
No. AI helps build the software and calculate proposals. Prices, orders and anything that leaves the house are released by a person.
Which languages does the interface speak?
Eleven: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
Who is behind MERA?
KAZAKOV AI Labs in Hamburg — the same company that runs the trade MERA works in every day.
