Orders, shipping and invoicing

From the order to the document, without a break.

MERA carries an order from the shop to the document: a picking list grouped by article, delivery notes in a batch, shipping and the invoice. The documents are developed for German invoicing requirements; what exactly is supported is stated at the function itself.

Picking and packing are two steps

The picking list is the walk through the warehouse: grouped by article, all copies of a title at once. Packing comes after — tick, one click, one delivery note per order. A delivery note carries no money, which is exactly why the warehouse may print it.

Documents with a number range

Every document draws its number from a gapless range and keeps a copy of itself: what was printed can be looked at again, unchanged.
