MERA

Purchasing and goods-in

Less gut feeling. More ground to stand on.

In MERA, receiving goods is also fixing the price: the supplier invoice is read in, freight is allocated by weight or volume, and the landed cost per article follows from it. Counting happens with a phone or a hand scanner; what is booked is what actually arrived.

Ordering on a basis

Stock, sales and lead time sit on one screen. MERA proposes quantities, you decide — and you see beforehand what the proposal costs and when the goods would arrive.

Receiving that does the arithmetic

The supplier invoice is pasted in, not typed. MERA matches articles by their numbers, allocates freight and additional costs by value, and fixes the landed cost. What was counted is what gets booked; a discrepancy stays visible instead of quietly disappearing.
